Shipping Policy

Charlotte’s Classy Closet Boutique (“we,” “us,” “our”) ships orders within the United States. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak times (new launches, holidays, sales), processing may take a little longer.

  • You will receive an email or text with tracking information once your order ships.

2) Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship using major carriers such as USPS and UPS (carrier selection may vary by package size and destination).

Estimated delivery times begin after an order ships:

  • Standard Shipping: [2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): [2–3] business days

Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight/size.

Free Shipping Offer:

  • We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50+ (subtotal after discounts, before taxes).

  • If your order total drops below $50 due to returns, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

4) Local Pickup 

Local pickup may be available at checkout for customers near our store.

  • Pickup Location: Charlotte’s Classy Closet Boutique, 2801 Northside Dr., Suite 2, Bossier City, LA 71111

  • You will receive a “ready for pickup” email when your order is prepared.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

  • Orders not picked up within [7] days may be cancelled and refunded (subject to any applicable restocking/handling policies).

5) Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

6) Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

  • If you notice an address error right after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at charlottesclassycloset@gmail.com or 318-895-7700 and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

7) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building office first.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s) so we can assist.

8) Return-to-Sender / Refused Packages

Packages returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address may be refunded minus shipping costs (and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier), unless otherwise required by law.

9) Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes [remove if you do ship to PO boxes].
